7 years agoTampa Bay Rays shortstop prospect Willy Adames hit for the cycle on Monday for the Triple-A Durham Bulls. He finished 4-for-5 with two runs and three RBI. Adames has been on fire this year and has hit .345 with two home runs and 14 RBI. He has also drawn 10 walks. Adames is the club’s No. 2 prospect and has the potential to be the next star shortstop. With the way he is playing, the Rays may not have anymore excuses to keep him in Triple-A. He should already be owned in dynasty leagues and is worth a stash in redraft leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
