7 years agoThe Tampa Bay Rays recalled shortstop prospect Willy Adames from Triple-A Durham on Sunday and optioned outfielder Justin Williams in a corresponding move. Williams made his major league debut on Saturday and grounded into a double play as a pinch hitter. Adames hit just .216 with three homers and nine RBI in 26 games with the Rays this year, but he should play every day while he's up. Adames is mostly one to keep stashed in dynasty leagues. He's hitting eighth and playing shortstop against Marlins starter Trevor Richards on Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
