2 years agoSan Francisco Giants infielder Wilmer Flores isn't in the team's lineup on Wednesday for a matchup with the Detroit Tigers and right-handed starter Rony Garcia. The 30-year-old is currently hitting .243 with a .318 on-base percentage and nine home runs in 274 plate appearances for the Giants this season. Instead, Donovan Walton will step in at second base and bat eighth. Walton is currently hitting .167 with a .194 on-base percentage and a home run in 62 plate appearances this season.
