3 years agoDetroit Tigers right-hander Wily Peralta will draw the start on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Rays. The veteran has pitched to a 3.32 ERA, a 4.98 FIP, 49 strikeouts and 29 walks in 76 innings this season. In his last outing, the 32-year-old limited a quality Milwaukee Brewers lineup to two hits and a pair of walks in six shutout innings. He also struck out five batters. Still, it'll be a tough matchup for Peralta on Sunday. The Rays lead all of baseball in runs scored and have hit the sixth-most home runs.
