X-Rays Negative On Tua Tagovailoa
3 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) received negative X-ray results on the bruised ribs he suffered against the Buffalo Bills in Week 2. The sophomore exited the game early, and the Miami offense struggled in his absence. Luckily, it does not seem like something that will cause him to miss too much time, but it could be worth noting that he will have to deal with pain moving forward. When he returns to the lineup, he will remain a QB2 for fantasy managers until he can prove to be a consistent option. As of now, Tagovailoa should be left on the bench in conventional formats. Jacoby Brissett, who came on in relief of the injured Tagovailoa in Week 2, would likely start under center in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders if Tagovailoa can't tolerate the pain.
