X-Rays on Orlando Arcia Come Back Negative
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Orlando Arcia left Friday's game after awkwardly rolling his foot after running back to first base on a hit. Fortunately, the X-rays came back negative and there isn't any serious damage. Considering Arcia went 2-for-5 in the game and now has seven hits in his last five games, he's beginning to work his way back to a good stat line and has clearly been seeing the ball well as of late. He is now up to a .217 batting average with two home runs, three walks and eight RBI on the season. Consider him day-to-day for right now, however, he most likely will take a day or two off, with Eric Sogard most likely filling in at shortstop.
