4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina was one of only two Cardinals players to record multiple hits in Monday's 5-1 loss to the Chicago White Sox. Molina went 2-for-4 with two singles, raising his batting average to .289 and his OPS to .869. Molina has been taking a completely different approach this season, as he's striking out far more than he ever has (almost double his career strikeout rate!), but also making much harder contact and barreling the ball when he does connect.
