Gomes is batting .255 with a .299 on-base percentage and 13 home runs in 331 plate appearances this season. Instead, it'll be Sean Murphy starting behind the plate against the Royals. Murphy is batting seventh and could be worth a look for fantasy managers in search of streaming help at catcher.
