3 years agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman Yandy Diaz went 1-for-5 with a solo homer during Wednesday's 15-6 blowout loss to the Nationals. He took Jon Lester deep in the top of the first inning for his third homer of the season. It was his first long ball since June 18. Diaz remains a great option in OBP formats due to his ability to get on base. The 29-year-old is slashing .242/.368/.310 with three home runs, 26 RBI, and 31 runs scored across 299 plate appearances in 2021.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
