3 years agoTampa Bay Rays corner infielder Yandy Diaz (shoulder) is not in the starting lineup on Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles. Diaz left the game early on Saturday with a strained left shoulder, but it's unknown at this time if the injury is serious enough to land him on the injured list. The 30-year-old will likely undergo tests during the team's off day on Monday. Ji-Man Choi will start at first base and bat third on Sunday, while Harold Ramirez is the designated hitter and is batting cleanup against Orioles right-hander Spenser Watkins. Diaz is off to a solid start this year, hitting .282 with three home runs, 10 RBI and 18 runs scored in 34 games. Ramirez is an intriguing DFS case on Sunday.
