3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Yandy Diaz (neck) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Orioles. He will miss his second straight contest after being late scratched ahead of Tuesday's game with neck spasms. The 29-year-old has been a solid option in OBP formats after slashing 252/.372/.342 over 80 games. Diaz remains day-to-day, and the Rays are hoping he can avoid a trip to the 10-day injured list. Ji-Man Choi is starting at first base and batting sixth in Wednesday's game. Choi has swung the bat well recently, hitting .313 (5-for-16) with a homer, two walks, and two RBI over four games.
