4 years agoThe New York Yankees and Atlanta Braves had their game Tuesday night rained out, with a doubleheader now scheduled for Wednesday. The game had particular appeal as both Aaron Judge and Ronald Acuna Jr. were returning off of the injured list, in addition to Gerrit Cole and Braves prospect Ian Anderson (making his Major League debut) being on the hill. The clubs have not yet announced how they’ll split up their starters for Wednesday, but it would be a surprise if New York deviates from Cole and Masahiro Tanaka, while Atlanta figures to counter with Anderson and Max Fried.--Jesse Borek
