4 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman and outfielder Miguel Andujar was optioned to the team’s alternate site on Tuesday. Andujar’s playing time was getting squeezed with the returns of Gio Urshela, Giancarlo Stanton, and Aaron Judge, but it’s surprising to see the Yankees option him after the 25-year-old posted a .837 OPS over 13 games since his most recent call-up on August 26. Andujar is probably done for the season at the major league level at this point and he can be left off of all fantasy rosters in redraft leagues as a result.--Sam Chinitz
