4 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Tommy Kahnle (elbow) was placed on the 10-day IL with a right UCL injury. The Yankees haven’t provided a clear timeline for Kahnle, but a UCL injury is oftentimes a precursor to Tommy John surgery, and the surgery hasn’t been ruled out for Kahnle yet. Fantasy players should expect Kahnle to miss significant time regardless of whether or not he requires surgery, making him droppable in effectively all leagues.--Sam Chinitz
