4 years agoThe New York Yankees are still planning to play Wednesday's game as scheduled despite a third positive COVID-19 case in their clubhouse. Third base coach Phil Nevin was announced as an earlier positive case- and the Yankees have said that first base coach Reggie Willits and a support staff member non-coach have also tested positive. Manager Aaron Boone said that the team is still preparing to play Wednesday's game, though this is obviously a situation that could change rather quickly. For now, the game seems like a safe bet to be played, though fantasy managers with Yankees and Rays rostered will want to keep a close eye on any updates that may arise.--Tim Capurso
