3 years agoSeattle Kraken center Yanni Gourde will start in his usual slot on Friday night against the Colorado Avalanche. Gourde will play in all situations -- power play and penalty kill included. His time off today was only for maintenance. Gourde played 17 minutes a game last season in Tampa Bay. This season, he is up to nearly 20 minutes a night. Gourde has been excellent from an offensive standpoint. He has eight points (four goals) in 12 games. Also, Gourde has 30 shots on goal and has won nearly 57% of his draws. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
