5 years agoAccording to The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal, the Cincinnati Reds are open to trading outfielder Yasiel Puig at the trade deadline. The Reds have scuffled since the All-Star break, which may lead them to explore trade options for the multi-talented outfielder, who can be a free agent after the season. Puig has put together a quality season for the Reds, hitting .262 with 22 homers, 49 runs, 59 RBI, and 13 steals. His value could take a hit depending on where he ends up considering he is a regular for the Reds and plays his home games in hitter-friendly Great American Ballpark. That being said, he's a power-speed threat who should acclimate well no matter where he lands.--Matt T - RotoBaller
