4 years agoChicago White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal will rest on Wednesday versus the Minnesota Twins. Grandal started on Tuesday night and went 1-for-3 with two walks and a home run. With a short turnaround this afternoon, Zack Collins will catch Lucas Giolito. Collins is hitting just .204 with two home runs and six RBI as the White Sox backup catcher. Collins will bat seventh and face off against Matt Shoemaker. Collins is more of a desperation play than anything in DFS Wednesday. The White Sox will have Thursday off and Grandal should have plenty of rest heading into Friday's series opener versus the New York Yankees.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
