4 years agoChicago White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal (hand) left Monday's game after taking a foul tip off of his hand, but his X-rays came back negative. The injury is being labeled as a hand contusion, and Grandal is considered day-to-day. Thankfully, he avoided any significant injury, as he is one of the best catchers in baseball. He will likely be on the bench for Tuesday's contest, but he should be good to go for the final stretch of the season.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
