4 years agoChicago White Sox designated hitter Yermin Mercedes continued his strong season by going 3-for-5 with a three-run homer on Wednesday versus the Cleveland Indians. Mercedes has been one of the early feel-good stories this season and he continues to hit on a nightly basis. Mercedes is now hitting an absurd .500 with a 1.383 OPS and three home runs to go along with 10 RBI. Mercedes will eventually come back down to earth, but managers should enjoy the ride as long as it lasts.
