5 years agoAfter closer Greg Holland made an early exit, Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Yoan Lopez entered the game and retired all three batters he faced to earn his first save of the year. Lopez has been one of the top relievers for the D-Backs this year, posting a 2.79 ERA and a 1.060 WHIP to lead the bullpen. Manager Torey Lovullo said after the game that he doesn't believe Holland is dealing with an injury, but owners might want to take a look at Lopez as the potential next-in-line for the closer's job in Arizona.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
