6 years agoChicago White Sox manager Rick Renteria said second baseman Yoan Moncada (hip) is fighting through a sore hip but has been doing normal pregame work. Moncada has been out of the lineup for the last two days but could return any day now. The White Sox have nothing to play for and are giving their banged up players some extra time off. Moncada has mostly been a disappointment this year with his .224/.304/.391 slash line, but he does have 17 homers, 57 RBI and 11 steals in 135 games for the Pale Hose.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
