3 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada extended his streak to 13 games in Friday's victory versus the Chicago Cubs. Moncada went 1-for-4 with a pair of walks and one RBI. The third baseman had a slow start to the second half of the season, but he is starting to warm up over the past two weeks. Moncada has underperformed for what managers expected out of him this season, but he has still put together a solid season. He is now hitting .262 with 11 home runs, 54 RBI and three stolen bases. Moncada will look to extend his hitting streak to 14 games on Saturday versus Alec Mills.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
