4 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada is back among the starting nine for Saturday’s outing against the Cubs and right-hander Kyle Hendricks. Having been held out of Friday’s lineup while manager Rick Renteria attempts to keep an eye on his reps, Moncada slots back into his familiar No. 2 spot in the lineup. While the traditional statistics have been right in line with the production that many owners expected at the start of the year, key Statcast metrics such as exit velocity (86.2 MPH) and Hard Hit % (32.3) have been far below where many thought Moncada would produce.--Jesse Borek
