Yoenis Cespedes Remains Limited To Physical Therapy
6 years agoThe rehab process for New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes has been a long, grueling one, and unfortunately there isn’t much of a positive update on it. Cespedes, who has been out since mid-May with hip and quad issues, had been scheduled to meet the Mets in Miami this weekend, but will instead be kept at the team’s spring training complex to continue his rehab. He remains limited to physical therapy, which is not a good sign. At this point, it’s looking more and more likely that we won’t see Cespedes again until the second half of the season. Fantasy owners should have other long-term plans in place.
