4 years agoColorado Rockies center fielder Yonathan Daza went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two strikeouts in a 6-3 win over the Astros on Wednesday. Daza hit his first big league home run off Astros' starter Jose Urquidy in the second inning. Sam Hilliard's struggles at the plate have opened up more playing time for the 27-year-old Daza. He's been seeing everyday at-bats and is now slashing .357/.345/.536 with a home run and three RBI over 28 at-bats. He's a glove-first outfielder but if he continues to hit well he'll keep seeing consistent at-bats. It's too early to add him in fantasy leagues but he's got some speed and anyone seeing regular at-bats in Coors Field is worth consideration. Keep him on the watch list for now.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
