6 years agoIndians first baseman Yonder Alonso has been on a tear this past week. On Sunday against the Tigers, he homered once again and drove in three runs on three hits. Just over the past four days, he has accumulated five runs, three home runs, and seven RBI. Alonso is pretty streaky, so this torrid pace is not the expectation going forward. However, given where he bats in a star-studded lineup, he should continue to produce decently. He is unowned in over 50 percent of fantasy leagues and is likely the best bench-bat available.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
