5 years agoTampa Bay Rays starter Yonny Chirinos (finger) was cleared to resume baseball activities on Wednesday. The 25-year-old has been shut down since early August with a right middle finger inflammation, after a productive season in which he posted a 9-5 record to go along with a 3.62 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 110 strikeouts through 126 2/3 innings. A timetable for Chirinos' return is unclear at the moment but he is worth stashing in deep formats with IL spots.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
