3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder/designated hitter Yordan Alvarez is back in the lineup on Monday after missing a few days while in the league's COVID-19 protocols. Alvarez will serve as the DH and hit cleanup against Angels right-hander Michael Lorenzen. The 24-year-old left-handed slugger has only played in four games this year and is 2-for-14 with a home run, two RBI, three walks and no strikeouts in 17 plate appearances. Alvarez is off to a bit of a slow start, but fantasy managers should return him to their lineups in all redraft formats. With Alvarez back for the Astros, Chas McCormick will head back to the bench after starting in the outfield the previous four games.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
