Yordan Alvarez Hitting .182 Since Return
4 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Yordan Alvarez will try and get his offense rolling when the team plays the Red Sox at Fenway Park beginning Tuesday. Alvarez was shut down for a week with a wrist ailment and is slashing only .182/.280/.273 through 22 at-bats since returning to the lineup. Alvarez is simply too talented to stay quiet at the plate for long and fantasy managers simply need to be patient. For the season, Alvarez is slashing .294/.335/.494 with seven home runs, 13 doubles, 28 runs batted in and 31 runs scored through 46 games this season.
