3 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Yordan Alvarez (hamstring) is in the lineup and batting fourth on Tuesday against the Cleveland Indians. Alvarez's status for Tuesday's game was unclear after he experienced hamstring tightness after running the bases in Monday's game against Cleveland. He went 2-for-3 with a home run before the injury. Fantasy managers will be happy to see the 24-year-old healthy enough to play since he's hitting .287/.355/.524 on the season. Alvarez's bat had cooled off recently, but hopefully his two-hit night on Monday will get him back in the groove. He'll face right-hander Triston McKenzie to start Tuesday's game and has 50 hits with 13 home runs and 36 RBI against righties this season. Get him back into your lineups.--Chelena Goldman
