5 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish allowed three hits, three runs (two earned), three walks and struck out five over 5 1/3 innings on Wednesday versus the Colorado Rockies. Darvish cruised through the first five innings, but ran into trouble in the sixth inning. Darvish has been a roller coaster all season, but has pitched better than he did in a disastrous 2018. Darvish is worth employing in all formats and as long as he can limit the walks, Darvish can be a useful end of the rotation option. Next up for Darvish will be a battle at Coors Field versus the Rockies in a rematch and it may be safe to sit him out for that outing on Monday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
