Yu Darvish Seeks To Right Ship Against Brewers Thursday
4 years agoChicago Cubs right-handed pitcher Yu Darvish wasn’t long for his first start of 2020, in which he allowed six hits and three runs against Milwaukee back on July 25; he gets a second crack at the lineup Thursday with the Brewers not yet having announced a starter of their own. The .331 slugging percentage that Milwaukee has produced during road games is the fourth-worst mark in the Majors, while Darvish has righted the ship since their first matchup with 11 strikeouts and one run allowed in his last 13 frames. He figures to be one of the highest-priced DFS pitching options available, and with the wind not projected to be blowing out, he should provide considerable value.
