7 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish (elbow) is set to make a rehab start on Sunday. It's unknown which minor league affiliation it'll be with, but the only thing that really matters is that the Japanese righty has progressed to game action. He's been out since May 20, so he'll likely require a handful of outings to get stretched back out. Darvish could return to the Cubs rotation around the end of the month. It's been a very disappointing year for his fantasy owners, as he's gone 1-3 with a 4.95 ERA and 1.43 WHIP in his eight starts. If he's fully healthy, though, he could make a difference down the stretch.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
