6 years agoHouston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel will take a six-game hitting streak into Wednesday night's matchup against Luis Severino and the Yankees. Gurriel is 9-for-29 (.310) during this mini streak, with all of the hits being singles. The Astros are hoping Gurriel will begin to hit for power soon, but at least he is getting on base right now. After slugging .486 last season en route to a World Series title, Gurriel is slugging a mediocre .371 through 167 at-bats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
