4 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Yusei Kikuchi (undisclosed) picked up the win Monday night, throwing six innings and only allowing one run on four hits and two walks to the Oakland Athletics. The one run came on a Mark Canha solo homer with two out in the third inning. Kikuchi struck out three in the contest. He was forced out of the game due to an apparent injury in the bottom of the seventh inning after allowing a leadoff single. Fantasy managers will be hoping for the best, as Kikuchi has been excellent of late. Stay tuned for more details on the exact nature of Kikuchi's injury.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
