3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zac Gallen (elbow) went through a simulated game on Monday, throwing 32 pitches, and is scheduled to participate in another bullpen session by Thursday. Gallen suffered a sprained elbow back on May 7 and has remained on the injured list ever since. The 25-year-old currently holds a 1-0 record and a 2.63 ERA throughout five starts on the year. With the Diamondbacks dealing with injuries throughout the rotation, the team hopes to have him back sooner rather than later.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
