2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zac Gallen (9-2) allowed four hits while striking out a career-high 12 across 7 1/3 scoreless innings in Thursday's 5-0 win over the San Francisco Giants. He picked up his ninth win of the season. The 27-year-old threw 99 pitches, landing 70 for strikes. He has been outstanding as of late, striking out 26 batters over 21 1/3 scoreless innings over his last three starts. The right-hander owns a 2.78 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and 132 strikeouts across 132 2/3 innings in 2022. Fantasy managers should continue to roll with Gallen in his next scheduled start Wednesday on the road against the Kansas City Royals.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
