3 years agoArizona Cardinals starting pitcher Zac Gallen (elbow) will reportedly be reinstated from the injured list and start against the San Francisco Giants on Thursday. Gallen has been dealing with elbow soreness and has been out since the beginning of May. The 25-year-old has posted a 3.04 ERA, a 1.20 WHIP, and a 32:14 K:BB over 26 2/3 innings pitched in 2021. Fantasy managers who have been patiently waiting for Gallen to return should be sure to activate him for his start on Thursday. With that said, expectations should be tempered since the Diamondbacks may limit his pitch count and innings as he ramps back up after his stay on the injured list.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
