4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Zach Davies had a nice debut with his new club on Sunday versus the Pittsburgh Pirates. Davies cruised through the first five innings, before allowing a two-run homer to Colin Moran with two outs in the top of the sixth inning. Davies would finish the game with a line of four hits, two runs, three walks and five strikeouts and finished one out short of a quality start. Davies had a nice spring and is better served as a streaming option in most formats. The right-hander should be a popular DFS starter against the Pirates on Saturday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
