Zach Davies Picks Up Another No-Decision
4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Zach Davies picked up a no-decision on Wednesday versus the Cleveland Indians. Davies went 5 1/3 innings and allowed five hits, one run, two walks and struck out four on the afternoon. The veteran got off to a very rough start this season, but has now strung together three good outings in a row. Despite the improvement, Davies still owns an ugly 5.60 ERA with just 22 strikeouts in 35 1/3 innings. Davies will look to put together another good start in his next outing versus the Washington Nationals on Tuesday. Davies can safely be left on the waiver wire.
