5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Zach Eflin allowed ten runs, six earned, in 2 2/3 innings pitched against the Braves on Saturday. Eflin allowed seven hits and four walks against only one strikeout in a performance to forget. Eflin now holds a 10.46 ERA in his last six starts and is at risk of being demoted or sent to Triple-A if the Phillies acquire a pitcher at the trade deadline. On the season Eflin is sporting a 4.74 xFIP and a 19.2 percent strikeout rate so he's droppable in the vast majority of redraft leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
