Zach Eflin Dominates Braves Saturday
4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Zach Eflin allowed one run in seven innings and picked up his second win of the season vs the Braves on Saturday. Efflin allowed just four hits with no walks and eight strikeouts in the dominant effort. Eflin lowered his season ERA to 4.10, but that doesn't tell the story of how well he's pitched. The 26-year-old sports a 2.56 expected ERA and a .184 expected batting average against with both numbers being among the top-10 percent of pitchers. He has a .417 BABIP against so he should be due for positive regression making him a strong buy-low candidate in fantasy.
