4 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac threw 7 2/3 innings of three-run ball while allowing five hits, one walk, and striking out three. Plesac pounded the zone on Monday night and was very effective until getting pulled after two outs in the eighth inning. He has now lowered his ERA to 5.81 and has 18 strikeouts through 26 1/3 innings pitched on the season. His next start will come this weekend against the division rival Chicago White Sox, and they have given him absolute fits in his last two starts.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
