3 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac (thumb) is slated to begin throwing this week. Plesac is currently dealing with a broken right thumb, so this latest development is a step in the right direction. The 26-year-old is a serviceable fantasy option when the matchup is right and is currently sitting on a 4-3 record and a 4.14 ERA. He also has 38 strikeouts throughout 58.2 innings of work, and although he has regressed a bit from last season, he is still worth a stash on fantasy rosters.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
