6 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Zack Cozart will bat leadoff and play second base in LA's spring training game on Tuesday. Cozart is not expected to hit leadoff or play second regularly, but this provides a good look at the Angels plans on days that Ian Kinsler does not play. The Angels chose not to carry a utility infielder on their 25-man roster, so it looks like Cozart will slide over to either second or short when Kinsler or Andrelton Simmons need a day off. This allows Luis Valbuena to play third base. Cozart's positional flexibility should keep him in the lineup regularly for the Angels, and he is worth a look in the later rounds in standard fantasy formats.--patton
