7 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Zack Granite (shoulder) told reporters that he will play Sunday. Granite was dealing with a right shoulder contusion but it appears he will be fine. Granite picked up the bruise while making a diving catch on Thursday. Granite is hoping to make the Twins as a fourth outfielder although the shoulder issue may have opened the door for someone else. The 25-year-old appeared in 40 games for the Twins in 2017, batting .237 with one homer, 14 runs, 13 RBI, and two steals in 107 plate appearances.--Matt T - RotoBaller
