6 years agoThe Minnesota Twins optioned right-hander Zack Littell back to Triple-A Rochester on Wednesday. Littell made his MLB debut on Tuesday, pitching against the Chicago White Sox in the nightcap of a doubleheader. The rookie allowed Chicago to score six runs over his three innings of work while striking out one and walking four. Littell wasn't expected to stick with the big league club for long, as they just needed an extra arm for the doubleheader. He could return at a later point during the 2018 season.--Matt T - RotoBaller
