2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies right-hander Zack Wheeler (elbow) will take about a week off from throwing after he experienced renewed soreness in his right elbow. Wheeler went for an MRI which showed no structural damage, but the team will have him wait until next week before he begins throwing again. The veteran hurler was originally planning to return from the injured list to make a start against the Miami Marlins on Tuesday. Wheeler could still return before the end of the regular season but it may be too late to help fantasy gamers.--Matt T - RotoBaller
