2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies right-hander Zack Wheeler (forearm) is planning to throw a pair of bullpen sessions beginning in the next three-to-five days. Wheeler has been on the injured list since August 22 with tendinitis in his right forearm. The veteran hurler told reporters on Friday that he has been dealing with tendinitis throughout the season, as well as in past seasons, but that the issue doesn't usually bother him while he's on the mound. Wheeler could be ready to return to the Philly rotation in the next few weeks, provided that he doesn't suffer any setbacks.--Matt T - RotoBaller
